Francis J. Curry
Mr. Curry’s career started in the late 1980’s as a tax accountant with Arthur Andersen’s Chicago office. Throughout his career, Mr. Curry has continued to grow his corporate finance experience to include, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and syndications, private equity, structured financing and financial consulting. Mr. Curry has held senior level finance and operations management positions for start-ups, spin-offs, restructurings and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Curry’s combination of financial acumen, healthcare expertise, and extensive transaction experience has resulted in multiple engagements designed to strategically position the Firm’s clients as leaders in their respective sectors, while maximizing shareholder value. Scott S. Seberg
As a Principal with Paratus Healthcare Partners, Mr. Seberg brings over 20 years of medical industry leadership working with physician practices, hospitals, and ambulatory imaging providers to help them reach their operational and financial goals. Mr. Seberg has provided transactional guidance and representation on both the buy and sell side of multiple deals in the Radiology and Outpatient Imaging markets. Mr. Seberg has a proven track record working with several large private and public companies in his transactional experience including Alliance Healthcare/Alliance Imaging, Radiology Partners, CDI, Envision (Team Health), and Optimal Imaging. Mr. Seberg is a past presenter at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and authored articles for both Diagnostic Imaging and Imaging Economics.
